I’m Shell. I’ve been singing on and off through my life. Now in my 50’s, I haven’t used my voice much since I developed a chronic illness. 2 and a half years into this journey, I find myself here. I’m looking forward to this journey of what I believe will be healing. I have years of yoga and meditation practice, which will be very handy!
