Following this we'll move into our SENSUAL SOUND component working with the Breath, the Voice and the Body to take things to the next level.  There is a lot of emphasis these days on shadow-work & trauma; whilst Somatic Sound is extremely powerful at making shifts in these areas, where it can really SHINE is in remembering our JOY.  Through Pleasure & Play our entire state can shift & science shows that this is where we are able to up-regulate our genes & make the most effective & lasting changes to lifelong patterns.
