Yes. A reminder that posture is really my key for how I feel, take up space and back myself. My hack "stand Like a super hero" has me in a different headspace. I was feeling anxious, overwhelmed and depressed. Eg: I am so behind here, because I started late and blah blah blah. I now feel a sense of calm optimism and a clear head to just go about what I can here today and each day bit by bit. Posture is more than a stance for singing, it's about me being the superhero of my own life. Standing proud and confident. Heart open, spine erect, shoulders back, ready to meet my challenges. Not without fear, but able to self regulate when fear comes up and come back to center.

Holding my breath put after the exhale was my challenge. I actually felt like I was going to suffocate. Only could do 5 count box breath. Interesting: fear of the unknown, the void...I can be challenged by that space. Something to lean into both in the practice and life.

So many years of self doubt n hatred. But since my awakening I have realised... I'm so much more than how people perceive me..

Now I'm ready to rise & be all I can be, no limitations no more doubt.

I am taking my place & I will be seen & heard!!! I will rise!!!

It's was interesting going through the box breath techniques my number was 11. I found the holding in both inbetween moments were easily obtainable but at times I struggled on the inward breath, if I didn't slow, focus & control. This made the outward breath a challenge at times as well...
