1️⃣ Connect to your inner vibration & meet your Intuition. Get to know your inner-voice & strengthen your relationship together. Encode your intuition with what you want it to tune-into more & less of.

2️⃣ Practice Tuning-in to what's going on INSIDE you & play with imagining & moving sound through your body

3️⃣ Practice-Tuning in to what's going on AROUND you & play with imagining & moving sound through the world around you (near & far)

4️⃣ Choose 3 main things you would like to tune your intuition station & radar to on a daily level & ask for guidance now

5️⃣ Empty Yourself of all of it & allow what else there is that might want to come through.

For me I think the challenge is bringing myself back into my body. I chose to be out however need to be in to connect. More practice connecting to self required.
