How to Consciously "Channel"

Channeling is a skill we naturally engage in every day, often without recognising it. Whether it's summoning confidence for a presentation, choosing an outfit that makes us feel powerful, or embodying calm before a challenge, we channel energy, emotions, and traits consciously and unconsciously.


This practice invites us to go further—connecting with energies outside of ourselves, such as nature, objects, or other beings, while also exploring what lies within: emotions, character traits, and intuition.


By developing a Conscious Channel, we can direct and harness our energy with clarity and purpose, transforming everyday moments into profound opportunities for growth.


Steps to Channeling:


  1. Create a Safe Space & Field: Establish boundaries and make intentional choices about the energies you allow in.

  2. Set Clear Intentions: Define your focus and purpose before you begin.

  3. Surrender and Trust: Let your natural flow of sound, movement, and feeling guide you.

  4. Consciously Close the Channel: Intentionally conclude the session to prevent lingering energy from affecting your space.

  5. Ground Yourself: Reconnect with your body and the present moment to maintain balance and clarity.


In this video we will explore all the different types of channeling, work through the steps together, and activate your Vocal Channel - which may come through you as Toning, Light Language, or relaying messages out loud
