Writing comment for sound body movement with breath/tongue. Love it. Background of yoga helps immensely. So grateful I can drop right into these.

Vagus nerve. I have learnt about vagus through the chronic illness journey. I have autonomic nervous system dysfunction stemming from a n injured vagus nerve and it affects many bodily systems. Toning the vagus nerve should be very beneficial. Often swing from sympathetic to parasympathetic and get ‘stuck’ Enjoying these Tash.
