Self-Tuning and Energy Singing are powerful practices that use somatic movement, breath, and sound to release stuck energy and restore balance in the body. By bringing attention to areas of tension, these exercises help us move through blocks and reconnect with our natural flow.

Tune & Align – Use your voice as an instrument to bathe yourself in sound, toning and tuning your energy to bring alignment and harmony.
RECOMMENDED: If you really want to experiment with taking your voice to another level with this exercise then make sure to put on a long piece of soundscape music that has a lot of SPACE for YOUR voice (not another singer). Frequency Music or even just nature sounds can give you more room to find your OWN frequencies and tones so don't be shy about experimenting with what works for YOU.
