Self-Tuning and Energy Singing are powerful practices that use somatic movement, breath, and sound to release stuck energy and restore balance in the body. By bringing attention to areas of tension, these exercises help us move through blocks and reconnect with our natural flow.
This is the FIRST PART of the process:
Purge & Release – Engage in intentional movement and vocal expression to release tension and shift stagnant energy.
RECOMMENDED: If you have a lot of STUFF to get out & feeling a lot of blocks either in your body or energetically, please set aside an hour or more to do this first part. Put on music that you feel comfortable moving, stretching, moaning, and making a lot of sound to. Sometimes it's not easy to give ourselves permission to FULLY EXPRESS. This is your chance to show up for YOU!
