How To Consciously "Channel"

Channeling is a skill we naturally engage in every day, often without recognising it.
Whether it's summoning confidence for a presentation, choosing an outfit that makes us feel powerful, or embodying calm before a challenge, we channel energy, emotions, and traits consciously and unconsciously.

This practice invites us to go further—connecting with energies outside of ourselves, such as nature, objects, or other beings, while also exploring what lies within: emotions, character traits, and intuition.

By developing a Conscious Channel, we can direct and harness our energy with clarity and purpose, transforming everyday moments into profound opportunities for growth.

Steps to Channeling:

1. Create a Safe Space & Field: Establish boundaries and make intentional choices about the energies you allow in.

2. Set Clear Intentions: Define your focus and purpose before you begin.

3. Surrender and Trust: Let your natural flow of sound, movement, and feeling guide you.

4. Consciously Close the Channel: Intentionally conclude the session to prevent lingering energy from affecting your space.

5. Ground Yourself: Reconnect with your body and the present moment to maintain balance and clarity.

"Self-Tuning" & Energy Singing

Self-Tuning and Energy Singing are powerful practices that use somatic movement, breath, and sound to release stuck energy and restore balance in the body. By bringing attention to areas of tension, these exercises help us move through blocks and reconnect with our natural flow.

The process has two parts:

Purge & Release – Engage in intentional movement and vocal expression to release tension and shift stagnant energy.
Tune & Align – Use your voice as an instrument to bathe yourself in sound, toning and tuning your energy to bring alignment and harmony.

This practice can be a deeply immersive experience over an hour or more, or a quick 5–10 minute tune-up to start or reset your day. Whether lying down in nature, with soothing coconut oil on your skin, or accompanied by your favourite music or silence, the choice is yours. Let your voice guide you as you release, realign, and recharge. Enjoy the gift of tuning into your own frequency and discovering the power of your voice
