I think you are right on. My breathing out for 30 seconds ran out of breath so I couldn't do the last part., communication. expressing myself with out wordiness, being heard I am open to.
Full body breathing is something I am familiar with through yoga and singing. But I forgot about it and it hadn't been my foundation. I was stuck in fight flight. Being aware of full body breath during the day, especially when stressed is a game changer in helping regulate my nervous system and bringing me out of fight flight. The box breath is interesting. Again I have encountered it in yoga and other modalities. But not as a regular practice. I could only do 5 counts because whilst breathing in, holding and breathing out were fine, holding after exhaling created panic! I felt like I was suffocating. Very interesting.
